Prices are subject to change without notice.  Please confirm current prices.  We will attempt to advise you of any price changes at the time you place your order.  Orders will be invoiced at current prices.  Our minimum order is $10.00.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express as forms of payment with a minimum order of $20.00.  Purchase orders, prepayments, and C.O.D. orders will be accepted via telephone.  Call 1-800-955-5135 for more information.  We will only accept certified checks or money orders on C.O.D. orders.

RETURN INFORMATION

Merchandise to be returned must be shipped prepaid, insured, and in salable condition.  A restock charge of 15% will be applied for all returns due to customer error.  Please authorize returns within five (5) working days upon receipt of your order.  Please call for Return Authorization Number and include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All shipments normally will be sent via UPS Standard service.  We can provide UPS 3-Day Select service, UPS 2-Day Select service, UPS Next Day Air service, services via FEDEX or any freight carrier provided per customer's request.  Call for shipment to foreign countries.

SHIPMENT TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES ARE SENT AIR FREIGHT AND BILLED AS DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT
