The New Year has begun and the holiday season is behind us.  The winter chills are in the air! 

Are they any of you “snowbirds” ready to fly?   If you are heading to Florida this winter for some sun and fun...  include opera to your list.  Join the Sarasota Opera in celebration of their 44th Season!

   

Sarasota Opera is an internationally acclaimed Opera Company, located on the sunny “Cultural Golf Coast” of Florida.  Sarasota Opera that been entertaining the world’s most discriminating opera audiences for more that 40 years, with its unusual repertoire in high artistic standards.  The company performs in its own intimate, beautifully restored 1033 seat Mediterranean Revival theatre.

   

The Winter Opera Festival runs from February 8, 2003 until April 2, 2003.   The Operas that will be performed this year are Macbeth, Die Fledermaus, The Love of Three Kings and The Pearl Fishers.
